Prism was formed in 2024 by partners Adam and Megan with the benefit of decades of experience, a vast network of industry relationships, and a simple vision of providing exceptional advice in the digital age.

Adam is a Director and Co-founder of Prism Mortgage & Protection Advice. He’s an exceptionally experienced Independent Mortgage & Protection Adviser, having helped his customers make confident, informed decisions over a 20-year career in financial services.
Adam began his journey at HSBC, where a 12-year tenure provided a comprehensive grounding in all things finance.
In 2016, Adam joined what was then the UK’s largest property services group and mortgage brokerage. During a distinguished 5-year period at Countrywide, he refined his brokerage expertise and developed a deep understanding of the mortgage, financial protection and general insurance markets.
Eager to implement a more modern advisory model – and having worked hard to become commercially self-sufficient – Adam co-founded Mortgages Wales in 2021. Acting as both Business Leader and Adviser, his team quickly earned a strong reputation for quality advice, exceptional service and positive customer outcomes – while becoming one of the top-performing firms at The Right Mortgage Network.
Mortgages Wales gave Adam an invaluable understanding of what it takes to build, scale and sustain a successful, forward-thinking mortgage brokerage fit for the post-pandemic world. It was with this knowledge that he launched Prism Mortgage & Protection Advice in 2024 with his partner, Megan.
Prism was founded on Adam and Megan’s shared passion for embracing technology, while staying true to what matters most: delivering expert advice that supports customers’ busy lives and contributes positively to their communities and environment.
Megan is an experienced Independent Mortgage & Protection Adviser, as well as co-director and co-founder of Prism Mortgage & Protection Advice.
Her career in financial services began at HSBC after graduating from Swansea University—a city that quickly became home after relocating from Skipton in North Yorkshire. Having developed a solid foundation in mortgage advice as a Mortgage Manager at HSBC, Megan joined Countrywide, then the UK’s largest property services group.
Recognising the post-pandemic trend towards digital financial services, Megan launched Mortgages Wales alongside three Countrywide colleagues. The venture marked her new chapter as an Independent Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
Embracing the need for evolution in the ever-changing landscape of mortgage brokerage, Mortgages Wales chose to transition into trading as individual brands. This decision was driven by a recognition of the unique offerings each team member brought to the table. Consequently, Megan and her partner Adam launched Prism.
Through each of her roles as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, Megan’s mission has always been consistent; to empower clients in achieving their property goals, irrespective of their financial background. Clear communication, efficiency, and a hands-on approach are the cornerstones of her practice, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
